Educational Requirements:
∎ Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in nutrition science or Public Health, master's degree/Ph.D preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Have at least 10 years of experience working in the areas of nutrition-sensitive agriculture programming and nutrition communications.
∎ Have significant knowledge and experience of integrating nutrition in development interventions,
∎ Strong understanding and experience of nutrition communications and Social Behavior Communication Change (SBCC) tools and materials
∎ Have significant knowledge and experience in evaluations and/or assessments of projects with similar scopes.
∎ Have strong analytical skills.
∎ Have strong oral/writing communication skills in English.
Salary:
∎ The specialist will receive an agreed daily rate in BDT. The payment will be made monthly, based on the number of days worked in the respective month. The final payment will be subject to submission of all deliverables mentioned in the consultant`s contract with ME&A. VAT and tax will be deducted at the source following government rules and regulations.
