∎ B.Sc. / M.Sc.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing annual plan for national-wise sales & marketing, resources, expenses etc. to meet corporate growth and competitive objectives.
∎ Responsible for sales activities, providing support to sales teams, as well as directing the team's efforts to be in line with the Company's goals and set targets.
∎ Developing and monitoring the implementation of sales work plans with the aim of achieving the pre-set sales targets while coaching and managing sales teams.
∎ Promoting pharmaceutical products' sales by developing and maintaining long term relationships at all levels with doctors, chemists, medical professionals, institutions and other clients.
∎ Participating in organizing the launch of new products and their promotions.
∎ Overseeing draw-backs and clients' objections related to the company's products while communicating such issues to the Marketing function.
∎ Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Science Graduate is must. Pharmacist or MBA in Marketing shall be added advantage.
∎ The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in any reputed Pharmaceutical Industry in national level.
∎ The candidate should be dynamic, energetic and have strong leadership skills.
∎ Should have team-building capabilities.
∎ Strong understanding of customer and market requirements.
∎ Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
∎ Should have strong network as well as good relationship with doctors, chemists and institution.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable. But attractive salary package shall be offered to the deserving candidate. Others attractive fringe benefits shall be offered to those who shall be able to achieve the sales target.
