Educational Requirements:

∎ A Bachelor's degree relevant to Business Administration.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The National Distribution Manager's main priority is to develop the strategy for distribution growth of key National Distribution.
∎ Daily basis count of national product stock and maintaining with physical &software.
∎ Monthly at least four depots physical visit and submit an analytical & informative report to management committee.
∎ Act as Assistant Distribution Head of distribution Department & report to Asst. General Manager, Distribution with Management committee.
∎ Provide leadership assistance to the field teams in management of distribution based issues and opportunities
∎ Deliver on annual planned sales targets with National Distribution partners
∎ Build effective relationships with the Distributors and Regional distribution managers.
∎ Develop key contacts within the depot in charge to develop strategies and ensure strong alignment between meeting brand and distributor needs.
∎ Develop and build on knowledge of key distributor/customer goals, strategies and measures to influence key decision makers to achieve desire results.
∎ Manage the Distribution Center, Team and the Logistics Team, including hiring, firing, development and coaching of staff.
∎ Responsible for the freight payment process, including timeliness and accuracy of payment submission to finance and remittance to carriers.
∎ Manage annual physical stock counting and ensure adherence to SOP.
∎ Monitor and oversee that all distribution centers follow all SOPs, and recommend changes, deletions and/or additions as necessary.
∎ Audit all depots, and rent invoices as they pertain to distribution.
∎ Manage the customer claim and return process.
∎ Analyze and control cost of depots operations, including, but not limited to labor OT, equipment and supplied
∎ Complete all tasks and assignments as directed by Management.
∎ Manager eight depots operation & depot in charges and look after as a national distribution in charge.
∎ Overall monitoring of all distribution vehicles, fuel & driver issue and reduce the vehicle cost accordingly.
∎ Make a national distribution route plan for all over Bangladesh.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 to 10 years Distribution/ experience preferred.
∎ Preferred paints back ground.
∎ Experience in managing, leading, and developing 3rd party distributors.
∎ Strategic thinker.
∎ Experience managing teams; strong leadership and presentation skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills and the ability to actively listen.
∎ Advanced level of proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook required.
∎ Familiar with ERP System, warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred.
