ACI Motors is seeking a proactive and relationship-oriented National Distribution Manager (NDM) for its EcoFlow & Hybrid Solar Solution Business.
Job Purpose
The National Distribution Manager (NDM) will be responsible for driving nationwide sales, managing the dealer and distribution network, and ensuring timely collection from the field for EcoFlow products. The role requires strong leadership in managing sales teams, developing market penetration strategies, and ensuring effective execution in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Distribution Management
Develop and execute nationwide sales plans for EcoFlow products.
Expand dealer network and strengthen existing partnerships across Bangladesh.
Ensure achievement of sales targets in all regions.
Team Leadership & Development
Manage and guide the sales force, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.
Motivate and support sales teams to ensure productivity and alignment with company goals.
Sales Collection & Credit Control
Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers and distributors.
Monitor credit exposure and ensure adherence to company’s credit policy.
Market Development & Visibility
Drive EcoFlow product visibility through showroom displays, campaigns, and promotions.
Implement market development initiatives in collaboration with marketing team.
Monitoring & Reporting
Track competitor activities, pricing, and market dynamics.
Prepare and submit regular sales and collection reports to management.
Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with distribution, finance, and marketing teams for smooth operations.
Support strategic decisions with market insights and field feedback.
