Education:

• Diploma in Textile Engineering in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Age 24 to 32 years

Finally, the selected candidates will undergo a probation period of six months. Upon successful completion of on-the-job training and a satisfactory performance evaluation, the MTOs will be confirmed as 'Junior Officer' and placed on the service scale as per company policy. 

Candidature of the incumbent shall be cancelled, if any discrepancy is found between online resume and original documents (which will be verified at the time of confirming academic credentials).

• Written and Oral Communication in both Bangla and English is highly desirable.       

• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.       

• Must be Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email communications capability.      

• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.       

• Demonstrated leadership potential and a strong desire for professional growth.       

• Is open and service-minded, always portraying positive body language whilst at work.      

• Should be proactive and have the eagerness to learn.
