∎ Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A) in Fashion Designing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overseeing the sample development process in associated factories/Sample houses.
∎ Ensuring all samples meet design specifications and quality standards.
∎ Coordinating with various teams at the office and associated factories to facilitate the timely completion of all samples.
∎ Provide technical advice and support in pattern making, fitting, and garment construction to ensure samples meet the required standards.
∎ Managing the sample room, including sewing workers and garment technicians, to ensure that samples are produced according to the expected requirements and within the specified timeframe.
∎ Communicate with buyers regarding sample development, provide updates, address queries, and gather feedback.
∎ Must be involved in sourcing fabrics, trims, and other materials needed for sample development.
