Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Obtain knowledge on own poultry feeds and collect data on existing market.
∎ Communicate with potential customers to develop new market and hand over to concern head to complete further proceedings for sell.
∎ Monitor and assess proper dealers to increase sales.
∎ Achieve sales target and collect dues from dealers on time.
∎ Deal with existing dealers complains and support them carefully.
∎ Maintain a database of all complains and suggestion and submit report regarding all customers feedback to the concern person.
∎ Build a strong relationship and keep in touch with the dealers.
∎ Any other related assignment given by the superiors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Hard working and eager to learn new things and tendency for fast growth
∎ Excellent communication & coordination skills.
∎ Should be honest, energetic, hardworking and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Trainees are expected to come to work with a learning attitude and be open to working in varied functional areas of the business.
