Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Collect the L/C application form for different banks.
∎ • L/C application form fill-up, preparing forwarding letter, collecting insurance cover note form and other necessary documents from the insurance department.
∎ • L/C application form photocopy one set for L/C file submitted from different bank and collection of L/C copy from different bank
∎ • Collection of BDS/ BDH No, Pre-shipment inspection company as bureau veritas, SGS & Intertek Testing Services.
∎ • L/C register, number for L/C file and L/C index update
∎ • Original Shipping documents. Forwarding letter and collect insurance policy from insurance dept.
∎ • Foreign payment note sheet & bank address
∎ • Original shipping documents collect from a different bank
∎ • Original shipping documents send to C&F agent for clearing the consignment of Chittagong port/ Dhaka airport & Benapole port one set photocopy file and one set Comilla factory for store dept.
∎ • Original bill of entry collection from C&F agent of Chittagong port, Dhaka airport, beanpole port.
∎ • Original bill of entry sends to Comilla factory VAT- dept. copy submit to bank, bill of entry file, L/C file & AIT purpose.
∎ • Collect the advice copy of the L/C opening commission (payment against documents) and govt. duty advice from different banks.
∎ • Negotiable shipping documents attested for pre-shipment inspection (PSI) company as Bureau Veritas and Interflex Testing Services.
∎ • Non-judicial stamp purchase: Preparation of shipping agent forwarding letter for AML Pad, AML Guarantee & Risk Bond for clearing of consignment from Chittagong port container delivery from Ctg. Port to Comilla factory.
∎ • Collecting of CRF information from Bureau Veritas, SGS, & Interflex Testing Services.
