∎ During the Trainee-ship, the trainee will learn our business processes, company`s functions and operation processes. S/he would support the sales team in allocating budget, implementation of plans and reporting process.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ - Understanding the perception of every department with their specific tasks ang goals.
∎ - Working with managers to complete the day-o-day activities.
∎ - Keep track of generated revenues with proper data record.
∎ - Research the market through qualitative and quantitative data to understand the scenario.
∎ - Plan and execute quick surveys and prepare analysis and report.
∎ - Assist in developing and implementing our growth strategy.
∎ - Guide and manage a team.
∎ - Participate in company's strategic planning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ - Effective communication
∎ - Project and Campaign Planning, execution, monitoring and reporting
∎ - Work with Agencies, Suppliers, Vendors and consultants for development of communication, design, packaging etc.
∎ - Sales in assigned channel
∎ - Key account management
∎ - Team playing, leadership and analytical skill.
