• B.Sc. in Mechanical/Diploma in Mechanical.

• Age 24 to 35 years
• Only Male

• 5-6 years` experience about wire cutting machine operation.
• Have to good knowledge about metal mould materials & cutting into wire cut machine as per instructions or design sheet.
• Well knowledge about mould metal & heat treatment.
• Working experience should have in a metal industry.
• Good knowledge about mould, die setting, mould, die repairing & maintenance.
• More relevant experienced people will get preference. 

Job Context:

Bir Metal Engineering & Manufacturing Co. Ltd. is a Chinese Joint Venture leading Hardware manufacturing company in Bangladesh. The Factory is located in Board Bazar, National University, Gazipur. The overall purpose of the Mould Shop-Incharge, is to oversee the production plan/advance plan. The incumbent should have practical experience in related field and work under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, drawing of specific mould using Auto CAD 2D & 3D.
• Also have to operate milling, drilling, lathe, surface grinding and others machine as required.
• Have to take preventive measure for using mould, die and others tools in press machine.
• Having good knowledge for mould metal requisition through local purchaser with specification & coordinating properly by getting within deadline.
• Also, any others task assigns by management.
