∎ Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other motion graphics and video editing tools.
∎ Experience with Cinema 4D or other 3D animation software is a plus.
∎ Expertise in advanced video effects and motion design techniques.
∎ Familiarity with Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve for advanced video editing.
∎ Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, composition, and color theory, with a focus on motion and animation.
∎ Proven experience in creating engaging 2D animation, motion graphics, and other dynamic content for social media and marketing campaigns.
∎ Video Editing & Production:
∎ Strong skills in video editing, including cutting, trimming, adding visual effects, transitions, and synchronizing with audio/voiceover.
∎ Ability to create modern, professional-grade videos that align with marketing goals and project requirements.
∎ A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in motion graphics design, video editing, and animation, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising setting.
∎ Experience in creating dynamic video content for social media, with an understanding of best practices for audience engagement.
∎ Educational Qualification:
∎ A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field.
∎ A portfolio showcasing previous motion graphics, animation, and video editing work is required for application. Please include examples of social media video clips, motion posters, 2D animations, and any other related work.
∎ Experience in designing and editing content for the real estate, hospitality, and property development sectors.
∎ Familiarity with digital asset management systems and working in a collaborative environment.

∎ Design creative, eye-catching posters for daily social media posts to promote various projects and campaigns for Goldsands Group.
∎ Work closely with the marketing team to design social media graphics that align with brand guidelines and are optimized for engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and others.
∎ Motion Design for Engagement:
∎ Create motion design posters that add a dynamic touch to standard posts, helping increase user engagement and interaction on social media pages.
∎ Utilize modern video effects, transitions, and animations to make posters stand out and encourage more interaction with followers.
∎ Edit recorded videos, adding professional-grade motion graphics, transitions, and effects to create compelling video content.
∎ Produce short, engaging video clips for digital marketing campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials, using both existing footage and newly shot content.
