Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the Technical Officer to develop materials as per Project Proposal and prepare monitoring checklist based on logical framework
∎ Develop M&E plan as per the Project Document & Log frame and perform regular field monitoring.
∎ Ensure quality implementation of all project activities by regular field visit and maintain proper documentation.
∎ Prepare result based monthly progress reports.
∎ Supervise and supportive thoughts for baseline survey, Mid-term evaluation and End-line Evaluation
∎ Database preparation and orientation of project staff for better and sound management of project's data's and information
∎ Facilitate regular Data collection, coding analysis and reporting process at field level
∎ Capacity building of project staff on monitoring tools, techniques and methodologies
∎ Capacity building on case study collection, mini achievement reporting and documentation process
∎ Develop all quality teaching and learning materials for non formal education including Right Based Approach and child Center as well for children development education.
∎ Field-test materials and capture authentic feedback and utilize that for improving the quality of the materials.
∎ Support PC and TO of the project in implementing the developed materials to different level of teachers, students and facilitators of the field.
∎ Plan and execute tool for collecting feedback on the on the materials from the learning f level and revise materials accordingly.
∎ Produce Teachers guideline/TGB to support facilitators and teachers to deliver quality lessons on different subjects in the schools and learning centre's.
∎ Provide strategic and technical insight to prioritize capacity building of club facilitators and teachers and ensure their participation in future education and activities in building leadership capability among children.
∎ Observe classes of the teachers, consult with them (after all, they're the ones who know these things best) to find out which methods are or aren't work well and after research looking for ways to improve things.
∎ Build and strengthen relationships with other organizational experts to ensure harmonized development of teaching and learning materials.
∎ Integrate developed life skills materials for students and adolescent as appropriate and needed. Participate and contribute as needed in different material development workshop organized by Education Sector or donor/technical support partners.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years' experience in development sector specially in Child Development, Child Education.
∎ Strong Communication Skill
∎ Strong Computer Skill
∎ Strong knowledge on report writing
Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
