Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a M&E Specialist, you will be responsible for executing the M&E framework and tools to monitor and capture the outcomes, and outputs of the project; building the capacity of YES BD and NCTF for monitoring and reporting; support partners' staff members for rolling out project M&E framework; introducing community based monitoring system with the participation of stakeholder; and ensuring quality at all steps of the M&E cycle in close collaboration with the stakeholder.
∎ You will also be accountable for preparing periodical narrative and formative reports; taking initiatives to conduct different diagnostic studies to generate evidence for policy advocacy; and organize workshops for packaging learning from the interventions of the projects and document for wider sharing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-4 years' experience in the similar role, preferably in development field.
