Job Context:
∎ Based at UKhiya under Plan International Bangladesh Cox`s Bazar Project Office;
∎ Duration up to March 2025
Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual with at least Masters, preferably in Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, Development Studies and Statistics, or any other relevant field. At least 5 years (including at least 1 year in Cox's Bazar emergency response project) working experience in leading Monitoring and Evaluation activities for projects and programs in national/international development organizations.
∎ Skill in using MS Excel and skill in analyse data with statistical software like SPSS, STATA or R. experience to implement Annual Outcome Monitoring and evaluation of the projects Experience in using implementing M&E system for programme monitoring is preferred.
∎ Ability to develop and revise TOC, result framework, log frame, etc. at programme level, and indicators to measure success.
∎ Ability to develop, communicate and implement M&E plans of country programmes and projects
∎ Experienced to measure the progress of the project and program through evaluation and annual outcome monitoring.
Salary:
∎ Consolidated Monthly Salary Tk. 10,8589.00 to Tk. 135,736.00;
