Job Context:
∎ Plan International Bangladesh is looking for M&E Specialist who will develop methods to track outputs and assess outcomes and report about these periodically to programme team and management. The M&E Specialist will conduct process monitoring regularly to ensure interventions are delivered as per agreed standard and share the monitoring findings with concerned staff members in programme. Capacity building of Plan and Partner staff in programme monitoring will be one of the key responsibilities

∎ What we`re looking for: We are looking for a passionate team member who has minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field specializing in developing and updating Theory of Change (TOC), result framework, log frame etc., at programme level and indicators to measure success for strategic objectives; ability to develop, communicate and implement M&E Plan for country programmes; develop data quality assurance mechanism and rollout. A post-graduation degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, Development Studies and Statistics, or other relevant field is required.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 129040 - 161300 (Monthly)
∎ Salary Package for this role is BDT. 1,29,040 to 1,61,300 monthly Cost to the company, based on experience. Along with other benefits i.e., hospitalization benefit for spouse and children, contributory provident fund, festival bonus, leave, group insurance and yearly medical check-up for employee.
