∎ Strengthening Monitoring Evaluation and Research and Knowledge Management (MER & KM) function is one of the significant current initiatives across Plan International to help to transform the lives of 100 million girls so that they can learn, lead, decide and thrive throughout the world. MER function supports to enhance programme quality and improve programme outcomes to bring sustainable changes in the lives of children and adolescents, especially girls.

Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for a passionate team member who has experience in developing and updating Theory of Change (TOC), result framework, log frame etc., at programme level and indicators to measure success for strategic objectives; ability to develop, communicate and implement M&E Plan for country programmes; develop data quality assurance mechanism and rollout. A University degree holder with four to five years' experience in the similar role, preferably in development field.
