Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for a passionate team member who has experience in developing and updating Theory of Change (TOC), result framework, log frame etc., at programme level and indicators to measure success for strategic objectives; ability to develop, communicate and implement M&E Plan for country programmes; develop data quality assurance mechanism and rollout. A University degree holder with four to five years' experience in the similar role, preferably in development field.

Salary:
∎ BDT. 129040 to 140000.00 (monthly, Cost to the company, based on experience) along with other benefits i.e., hospitalization benefit for spouse and children, contributory provident fund, gratuity, leave, group insurance and yearly medical check-up for employee.
