Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for a passionate team member who has 3 to 4 years of experience in relevant field specializing in developing and updating Theory of Change (TOC), result framework, log frame etc., at programme level and indicators to measure success for strategic objectives; ability to develop, communicate and implement M&E Plan for country programmes; develop data quality assurance mechanism and rollout.
Salary:
∎ Salary Package for this role is BDT. 86,870 to 1,08,588 monthly Cost to the company, based on experience. Along with other benefits i.e., hospitalization benefit for spouse and children, contributory provident fund, festival bonus, leave, group insurance and yearly medical check-up for employee.
