Educational Requirements:
∎ A University degree holder with four to five years' experience in the similar role, preferably in development field.

Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for a 'to go' and a passionate team member who has experience in developing and updating Theory of Change (TOC), result framework, log frame etc., at programme level and indicators to measure success for strategic objectives; ability to develop, communicate and implement M&E Plan for country programmes; develop data quality assurance mechanism and rollout.
