Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Master’s degree or equivalent degree economics, business studies, statistics, development studies or a related field will be of added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Data Analysis, kobo, Monitoring and Evaluation, Monitoring and Reporting, SPSS, STATA
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare M&E Plan and submit to consortium member for review and approval.
∎ Monitor the progress of achievements over the activity plan of the project, fortnightly through consultation meeting with the implementation team.
∎ Review achievement reports and documents and cross-check the practical status in the field.
∎ Cross-check the Pushti Ambassador deployment and training status, and effectiveness of training through phone conversation and field visit.
∎ Visit randomly selected locations and observe the field progress (Pushti Ambassador deployment, training, performance status, and quality of work etc.)
∎ Monitor the process and capture the learning of the action.
∎ Data collection and prepare case studies for donor report.
∎ Report to Dnet management about the project progress, performance and expenditure status.
∎ Review the periodical progress and ensure data authenticity for submission to consortium members.
∎ Recommend the necessary course of action on the basis of performed activities and field status
Additional Requirements:
∎ Work experience in a similar position involving MEL framework, MEL plan, methodology and tools development, data collection, documentation and produce a quality M&E report.
∎ Demonstrable experience in producing good quality documents related to MEL for different audiences.
∎ Ability to collect, analyze and produce good quality data and information from primary and secondary sources.
∎ Proven skills in data management with concrete knowledge of open source tools such as ODK collect, KoBo Toolbox or CommCare platforms
∎ Computer literacy with possible advanced Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint.
∎ Advance knowledge in computer statistical packages (SPSS and Stata)
∎ Strong knowledge, skills and experience in quantitative and qualitative approach.
∎ Experience in use of data to inform decision-making, planning, and performance monitoring.
∎ Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation skills.
∎ Ready to work in challenging work environmental conditions.
∎ Must be flexible and culturally sensitive.
