Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline (Social Science, Development Studies and Disaster Management are preferable)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take lead to implement donor approved M&E framework of the project
∎ Develop and set up a monitoring and evaluation system which meets the requirements of the donor and informs about the performance results in all sectors
∎ Ensure that the impact of all intervention is measurable, enhancing accountability to beneficiaries and gender equality is met
∎ Follow up, advise and adjust monitoring practices based on log frames and monitoring plans in the projects in order to ensure compliance with donor requirements
∎ Establish and manage a database, assist in data analysis and supervise regular data collection
∎ Actively facilitate learning processes among staff by providing summaries, facilitating discussions and preparing presentations on lessons learnt and developing case study.
∎ Conduct regular project site visits and provide detailed information for narrative reporting and documentation
∎ Offer support in the management in timely and accurate reporting
∎ Significantly contribute to all project planning activities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Experience in monitoring and evaluation of development projects is require in the field of Disaster Management, team work facilitation, program monitoring, budget preparation, work plan preparation, report preparation and analysis, coordination and problem solving
∎ The candidate should have good command in English language (both written and verbal communication) and knowledge of different software related to M&E.
∎ Good understanding on M & E policies and instruments of the countries
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills
∎ Strong analytical skills
Salary: Tk. 32000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ In addition, 2 festival bonus, 10% provident Fund & 10% Gratuity as per HR policy.
