∎ RDRS is a leading national development organisation in Bangladesh working for the poor and underprivileged communities across the country with focus on north-west Bangladesh. Established in 1972 as the field programme of Lutheran World Federation, Geneva, RDRS became a national development organisation in 1997 under the Trust Act. RDRS provides development services to over 3 million households in 32 districts through its four broad programmes - civil empowerment, quality of life, food security & environment, and economic empowerment & opportunity.
∎ Currently RDRS Bangladesh is inviting applications to fill the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for Fight Slavery and Trafficking-In-Persons (FSTIP) Project.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and ensure overall monitoring and documentation of the project;
∎ Coordinate with other activities of the projects, monitor and evaluate progress and the overall achievement of the project;
∎ Conducting process monitoring and assisting project staff to smooth the implementation of the project monitoring system;
∎ Undertake field visits and identify problems, gaps, and report to management;
∎ Develop the monitoring tools, formats, questionnaire, etc,;
∎ Assist the Project Manager in troubleshooting and preparing all kinds of reports for the project;
∎ Provide technical assistance and coordination support to Project Officer, Counselor to follow up on activities;
∎ Liaison with government line agencies and local government leaders to ensure their support and participation;
∎ Monitor and collect progress data from the field to support periodic monitoring reports for the project;
∎ Collect success stories from the field and articulate/prepare case studies on positive changes/outcome;
∎ Assist project staff and conduct monitoring in training and the field program
∎ Attend and assist in meetings, workshops, dialogue, and seminar as per the need of the project;
∎ Co-ordinate and facilitate field visits for visitors;
∎ Assist in script writing and developing materials or publications;
∎ Process Documentation and assist with any other creative functions/programs;
∎ Attend to additional tasks assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 02 years relevant working experience;
∎ The candidate must have sound knowledge on monitoring, evaluation, database management, data analysis, report writing and documentation;
∎ Familiar with donor programs, community awareness, rehabilitation and skill development;
∎ Experience in networking, advocacy and community mobilization;
∎ Knowledge and experience on project cycle, program planning, activities and reporting;
∎ Candidate should have sound knowledge on safe guarding (Child Protection, Gender & Anti sexual harassment) issue, PSHEA, Social protection, Complaints Response & Feedback Mechanism;
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office programme, data analysis software SPSS is also essential for this position;
∎ The incumbent must have good communication skill;
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Willingness to drive motorcycle and must have valid motor cycle driving license for frequent field visit;
∎ Age may be relaxed for deserving candidate.

Salary: Tk. 27000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Festival Bonus equivalent to 1 month gross salary for each year, yearly increment based on performance.
