Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree in any discipline (Statistics will be preferable)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop annual work plan and monitoring plan at the field levels
∎ Keep all information related to project activities/ performance and analyze data.
∎ Coordinate and supervise the implementation activities
∎ Analyze data and provide updated information to the management for decision making.
∎ Ensure proper documentation of information & data and support in developing different reports.
∎ Perform monitoring visit as per plan
∎ Work with other team members in implementing program activities smoothly.
∎ Participate in different orientations, trainings, workshops and meetings
∎ Provide support to organize meeting/workshop/campaign at local level.
∎ Liaison with local level administration, LGI, local leaders and make sure their active participation in the program.
∎ Document good practice for any case study and disseminate it at different levels
∎ Provide relevant evidence for learning from projects
∎ Share learning and provide constructive comments to colleagues in order to ensure program quality
∎ Build capacity of staff to ensure adoption of data monitoring tools and quality of data collected
∎ Assist in developing MEAL framework, indicator and tools
∎ Work closely with project team to ensure appropriate feedback mechanisms are incorporated into project
∎ Conduct annual review, learning and reflection sessions, as specified in the MEAL framework as a key accountability mechanism
∎ Lead in the collection of positive impact stories and photos from projects and prepare them to be used for shared learning
∎ Capture and disseminate project learning along with ensuring effective knowledge management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Experience in program monitoring, work plan preparation, report preparation and analysis, coordination and problem solving
∎ The candidate should have good command in English language (both written and verbal communication) and knowledge of different computer packages (Statistical software, conversant with Excel & PPT).
∎ Advance statistical analysis
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills
∎ Strong analytical skills
∎ Ability to address issues and effect change effectively
Salary: Tk. 33600 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ In addition, 2 festival bonus, 10% provident Fund & 10% Gratuity as per HR policy.
