∎ University Degree in social Science/Rural Development/Management/Mass Communication/Development Studies
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Reports to: Chief Executive
∎ Supervisee: Director Program
∎ Contract details: Contractual
∎ Job grade: Grade 4
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently Report/concept Note/Project Profile Writing
∎ Produce Case studies, Best Practices, report and other IEC materials
∎ Develop and strengthen the planning of documentation of the progress of the organizational program and monitoring inspection and evaluation procedures.
∎ Extensive experience in monitoring & documentation
∎ Solid knowledge of regulations and guidelines.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Strong time management skills.
∎ Identify the challenges and Recommend further improvement of the logical frame work;
∎ Develop monitoring and impact indicator for the project success;
∎ Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results and Document that properly.
∎ Compile report of the all the program monthly quarterly half-yearly and annual progress on all project activities to the reporting authority.
∎ Participate in annual project reviews and planning workshops and assist the program Manager in preparing relevant reports;
∎ Excellent knowledge of monitoring and the application of methodology: Good understanding of capacity assessment methodologies

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Monitoring & Documentation Independently report Writing ability
∎ Other:
∎ Strong leadership and people management
∎ Age: Not more that 35
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills
∎ Ability to manage change effectively
∎ Excellent negotiation skills
Salary:
∎ 35,000/- (during Provision Period) After completing provision period 39,000/- BDT
