∎ There are vacancies for the following contractual position for the Adolescent and Community Transformation (ACT) Project funded by LAMB Health-UK as follows;
∎ Job Summary: Responsible for design and management of a comprehensive supportive monitoring and documentation systems, in accordance with client/concern project requirements. Take responsibility to capture best practices, well documentation through effective field visit, innovative idea, build capacity of project staffs and stakeholders with communication, facilitation & report writing. Responsible for documentation of different components of the project through text, photos, Facebook page, multimedia, newsletters etc. Publish and share the findings with internal and external actors. This position is also responsible to design, develop and implement user friendly and effective learning/documentation/ feedback framework through in consultation with the project and organization. Assist TC/TO/PM/AF to mainstream project interventions for achieving project’s goal and capacity building of project staffs in documentation, monitoring, data analysis, and evaluation.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring & Documentation
∎ • Conduct data analysis and necessary feedback on a regular basis, depending on project timelines, schedules and management needs
∎ • Coordinate with Project Manager, Technical Coordinator, Technical Officers, Adolescent Facilitators, Office Assistant in conducting field visits to program sites for monitoring and tracking of project activities
∎ • Contribute to monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual reports to clients / donors
∎ • Participate in refining and tracking indicators and targets with staff
∎ • Develop & use data collection procedure and tools
∎ • Develop and implement data quality assurance systems
∎ • Provide constructive feedback to management in aspect of field findings
∎ • Ensure that impact of the program and lesson learned were documented properly
∎ • Close contact with LAMB MIS-R for getting data and reporting in time
∎ Service Delivery
∎ • Develop quality documentation on processes, achievements, learning and challenges throughout the project implementation
∎ • Develop and coordinate printing of required IEC & BCC material
∎ • Produce case studies, best practices, field experiences, newsletter, e-bulletins and other advocacy materials
∎ • Maintain electronic documentation system of the project implementation at organization level
∎ • Assist to maintain liaison with the government departments in Upazila and district levels to involve the relevant departments in the project activities
∎ • Assist and support project team in program implementation
∎ • Provide supports to PM, TCs, TOs on management, supervision and monitoring of field activities
∎ Networking and Dissemination:
∎ • Attend coordination meetings, workshops, seminars at Union and Upazilla level as per project needs.
∎ • Support to take organize training /workshop meetings for Local Government and NGOs
∎ • Develop a better relationship and coordination with local administration and other NGOs
∎ • Assist project personnel to Develop good network among the like minded NGOs
∎ Integration of spiritual, emotional and social health:
∎ • Ensure that prayer occurs before meetings, training and seminars
∎ • Be able to explain to anyone who asks LAMB motto and logo
∎ • Be example in implementing the project activities to the organizational mission, vision and values
∎ • Comply with LAMB policies and practices with respect to child protection, health and safety, equal opportunity and other relevant policies and procedures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3-5 years experiences on database work, information systems or public health or journalism & mass communication will be preferred. Experience in health & development, information management, media communication (print/ electronic) will be preferred. Skill in report writing, case study and photography are essential. Full Valid motorcycle driving license is required.

Salary:
∎ Around Tk. 34,000 per month gross.
