At least two years of progressively relevant professional working experience in the MEAL-related job of complex projects with a total experience of five years.

Professional experience working with Monitoring, Evaluation, Documentation, and reporting-related activity.

Experience in developing quantitative and qualitative reports and project proposals.

Experience in data collection and analysis.

Proficient in written and oral communication skills both in Bangla and English.

Experience of working in refugee camps.

The key purpose of this position is to carry out the duties and responsibilities to ensure the effective implementation maintaining the highest possible level of standards and quality by ensuring necessary support to the project and utilizing resources for implementation. In this circumstance, the organization is looking for a qualified individual to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the Shelter and Site Development Services.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Monitoring Officer in planning, information management services, reporting, monitoring, and documentation of the project.

Collect, update, and disseminate all kinds of information management-related products produced by relevant clusters, UN, and other agencies.

Design necessary data collection ensuring the purpose and the use of the data.

Prepare the drawing, Design and BOQ of the Shelter, Road, drain and Slope protection work and prepare work plan for the same.

Collect the condition of the sector related facilities, identify gap based on the data collection, and planning as per the need.

Support and train the field teams on collecting data, documenting, and reporting to the project manager.

Organize and maintain GIS data of all shelter related facilities of targeted area in accordance with the relevant data management protocols.

Provide the necessary support to the management in presenting the relevant data and information.

Develop different kind of quality documentations, progress report on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Attend various internal and external meetings and respond to questions and inquiries from various individuals, groups, and organizations regarding shelter and site development issues.

Bachelor / Honours Degree from reputed University
