∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Practical work experience in WASH, Climate resilient with CATS, CLTS, community mobilization, awareness campaigns, and stakeholder engagement in WASH projects.3-Star Approach in Schools and WASH Fit in HCF.
∎ Ability to speak in Bangla, English, and Cox’s Bazar local language (written/verbal).
∎ Team management.
∎ Ability to work under limited supervision.
∎ Dynamism.
∎ Good report writing ability.
∎ Computer skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist the project management in overall planning, budgeting, implementation, and monitoring of the project activities.
∎ Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual work plans and budgets for implementation of the project activities through community engagement.
∎ Responsible for developing relevant tools for process, input, and output monitoring of project activities.
∎ Develop the monitoring system for tracking project interventions and conducting WASH inventory and others survey as required.
∎ Skill development initiative for the WASH Promoter and community volunteers to conduct WASH need assessment through effectively engagement of the targeted communities.
∎ Assist the field staff as well as the Project Management sharing the field findings for improving the quality of the field activities.
∎ Monitor the quality of different types of events i.e meeting, training, orientation expenditure and submitted data from field.
∎ Design and develop different types of project-related monitoring tools.
∎ Data processing of different M&E activities and analyze data for M&E related activities.
