Job Context:
∎ Society for Health Extension and Development (SHED), a National NGO, in partnership with a UN agency is going to implement "ENHANCING RESILIENCE OF ROHINGYA REFUGEES THROUGH SKILLS AND EMPLOYMENT IN BHASANCHAR" project at Bhasan Char, Hatia, Noakhali. For effective and efficient implementation of the project, SHED invites interested and potential candidates to apply for the above-mentioned position. ∎ Job Location: Bhasan Char, Hatia, Noakhali
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and facilitate the process of baseline survey and beneficiary selection process using kobo toolbox;
∎ Managing data base of the project including regular update;
∎ Lead and facilitate the monitoring framework development and periodic monitoring to assess the progress of the project;
∎ Track income generating self-employment and wage employment initiatives developed by the Rohingya people and guide the project team with recommendations for quality project implementation;
∎ Assist Project Manager in drafting annual, quarterly and monthly plans, budget and reports;
∎ Drafting necessary report and fill-up information format for FSS and LSD sector;
∎ Lead the documentation of project activities including developing of capitalization documents on project achievements;
∎ Facilitate the process of ensuring participation, gender, age and disability are effectively addressed in the project activities as per the organizational policy.
∎ Maintain the Complaints Reporting and Feedback Mechanism (CRFM as per organizational policy
∎ Any other tasks assigned by supervisor/management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 years' relevant working experience in any National/International NGO;
∎ At least 2 years' experience in similar position.
∎ Familiar with Kobo toolbox and other M&E related software and online programs;
∎ Advanced skills and understanding on M&E framework including Theory of Change, log-frame, result matrix, etc.
∎ Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point) and statistical software;
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali;
∎ Pro-active and participatory decision-making and problem-solving;
∎ Ability to communicate with people from different cultures and backgrounds;
Salary:
∎ BDT 70,000 per month (all inclusive)
