Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Sc in Development Studies / Statistics / Social Science / Anthropology / Political Science / Disaster Management and relevant subject.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agency, NGO

Job Context:
∎ Improved WASH Services to the Myanmar Refugees Population in Ukhiya Upazila, Cox`s Bazar District.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until October 31, 2021.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and strengthening planning, monitoring, documentation and reporting procedures and system.
∎ Design and develop different types of project-related monitoring tools and survey protocols for documentation of the project interventions and tracking progress.
∎ Develop computer-based monitoring and documentation system, using KOBO, ODK, SPSS etc.
∎ Lead various surveys e.g., KAPB survey, PDM,HH survey, WASH infrastructure assessment, prepare questionnaire,ToR, survey design, data analysis and report preparation, using open-source data toolkit/KOBO Toolbox.
∎ Prepare periodical project progress reports (quantitative & qualitative), different meeting minutes, prepare meeting presentation (dashboard, fact sheet, infographic) in consultation with senior management.
∎ Collect and consolidate the program data, and produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to project management.
∎ Conductfrequent monitoring visits at Camps/spot check to monitor overall progress on achievement of results/ progress and provide suggestions/feedback to project management team.
∎ Develop knowledge management and documents like- success stories, best practices, case studies from the project interventions to prepare narrative reports.
∎ Pictorial documentation and presentation of best practices and all the project interventions.
∎ Attend various internal and external meetings regarding engineering topics or issues and respond to questions and inquiries from various individuals, groups, and organizations.
∎ Perform other relevant duties as required for the project as well as the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in theWASH, Public Health, Disaster Management and Humanitarian Response Project.
∎ Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in WASH at Rohingya response/Camp context in Cox's Bazar.
∎ Medium in English (written/verbal)
∎ Team management- Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism - Good report writing ability - Computer skills

Salary: Tk. 84563 (Monthly)
