Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Sc in Development Studies / Social Science / Anthropology /Political Science / Disaster Management and relevant subjects and experiences.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Development Agency

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure successful implementation and effective management of the project activities.
∎ Assist the Project Upazila Coordinator in overall planning, budgeting, implementation, and monitoring of the project.
∎ Design and develop different types of project-related monitoring tools
∎ Data processing of different M&E activities and analyze data for M&E related activities.
∎ Make field visit for conducting M&E activities and make the report.
∎ Prepare the project monthly, quarterly and completion report along with project best practice following UNICEF reporting template.
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with Liaison with DPHE, DPHE water quality Lab, LGIs, Dhaka University team and UNICEF focal and NGO Forum for Public Health.
∎ Attend various internal and external meetings regarding engineering topics or issues and respond to questions and inquiries from various individuals, groups, and organizations.
∎ Perform other relevant duties as required for the project as well as the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Practical work experience in WASH sectors with WASH focusing with CATS, CLTS Approaches.
∎ Medium in English (written/verbal)
∎ Team management- Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism - Good report writing ability - Computer skills

Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
