Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics / Development Studies / Environmental Science or relevant field.
Master’s Degree in relevant degree is preferable.
Training or certification in MEAL, project management, or data analysis tools will be an advantage.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.Ability to design and implement monitoring systems and data collection tools.
Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bangla (Chittagonian are an advantage).
Strong coordination, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.High ethical standards and respect for confidentiality and data integrity.
Adaptability to work in challenging field conditions in refugee and host community contexts.
Commitment to learning, innovation, and continuous improvement in project documentation and reporting.
Experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) within development or humanitarian projects.
Background in data collection, analysis, and visualization using digital tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, ODK, Excel, Power BI).
Experience in documentation, reporting, and communication of project results and success stories.
Experience in coordinating field-level monitoring with community-based organizations or local NGOs.
Familiarity with participatory monitoring approaches and gender-sensitive data collection.
Support the project management unit in designing and implementing the project monitoring and documentation framework.
Develop data collection tools, checklists, and templates for tracking system installation, usage, and performance.
Conduct regular field monitoring visits to assess progress, collect feedback, and verify data accuracy.
Coordinate with Technical Supervisor and Community Mobilizers to ensure timely data collection from refugee and host community households.
Maintain an updated database on project beneficiaries, installation progress, and system performance.
Analyze data and prepare concise monthly, quarterly, and final progress reports for internal and donor submission.
Document success stories, lessons learned, and best practices, highlighting community experiences and technical outcomes.
Capture high-quality photos, videos, and case studies for project communication and knowledge sharing.
Assist in organizing monitoring visits, field assessments, and review meetings with project partners and stakeholders.
Ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and compliance with project and donor requirements.
Support baseline, midline, and endline evaluations through coordination with external consultants or partner organizations.
Perform other related duties assigned by the project management unit to support reporting, learning, and knowledge management.
