Education:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Science / Social Science or other relevant subjects.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Monitoring, reporting and data management experience on CCA/DRR projects.
∎ Minimum three years of experience in monitoring and reporting.
∎ At least two assignments of analyzing and scanning the project results (outputs) through the data collected by field staff.
∎ Software skills required- MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint ODK/Kobo toolbox, Online data management.
∎ Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality, and age sensitivity and adaptability.
∎ Good in communication and writing both in Bangla and English.
∎ Responsive and good personnel skill.
∎ Pro-active and gender sensitive.
∎ Good in operating MSOffice, internet, etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect and update project information at regular intervals.
∎ Follow best practices in disseminating progress with colleagues and relevant stakeholders.
∎ Ensure data verification and proper documentation.
∎ Provide timely reports and information pertinent to the project stakeholders.
∎ Coordinate the preparation of all project reports. Guide staff and executing partners in preparing progress reports following approved reporting formats and ensure timely submission.
∎ This includes quarterly progress reports, annual project reports, and ad-hoc technical reports— Foster participatory planning and monitoring by training and involving target communities and groups in the M&E of activities.
∎ Capture best practices, case studies, challenges, and lessons learned regularly.
∎ Prepare the impact and evaluation report with recommendations. Liaise with Project officers, Ward Facilitators, and PMU staff.
