Model Brand Ambassador / Brand Promoter (Females Only)

Job Context: SHOPNIL GROUP is seeking highly smart, presentable, and charismatic Female Professionals to join our team as Model Brand Ambassadors / Brand Promoters. The ideal candidate will serve as the official digital "Brand Face" for our premium Real Estate and luxury Interior Design projects, effectively presenting our services and completed projects to clients through professional on-camera appearances and digital content.

Job Responsibilities:

• Host and conduct regular promotional videos, vlogs, and interactive Facebook Live sessions across the company's official social media handles (Facebook, YouTube, etc.).

• Conduct on-camera luxury project tours by visiting completed interior sites and high-end residential flats, highlighting premium design elements and structural features.

• Serve as the official "Brand Face" for digital marketing campaigns and participate in professional photoshoots for company brochures, lookbooks, and online banners.

• Engage professionally with the online audience by addressing client queries during live streams and video comments to uphold a premium brand image.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm engaging content ideas, video concepts, and creative presentation scripts.

Employment Status:

Workplace: Work at office / Project Sites

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or currently pursuing undergraduate studies.

• Undergraduate / Running Honors students possessing exceptional communication skills and a strong screen presence are highly encouraged to apply.

• Students majoring in Media Studies, Public Relations, or Journalism will receive preference.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Facebook Live hosting, Brand Promotion, Anchoring, Modeling, or Digital Content Creation (providing a portfolio or work links is highly appreciated).

• Fresh candidates who are exceptionally camera-friendly, confident, and articulate are also welcome to apply.

Additional Requirements:

• Age: 20 to 30 years.

• Gender: Only female candidates are eligible to apply.

• Must be highly smart, photogenic, well-groomed, and possess an elite, fashionable corporate look (Smart & Presentable).

• Must be exceptionally camera-friendly with superior public speaking skills and a warm, positive, and confident attitude.

• Complete flexibility and willingness to frequently travel to various project sites across Dhaka for video shoots and coverage.

• Excellent verbal articulation with a flawless voice tone and clear pronunciation in Bengali (proficiency in conversational English will be an added advantage).
