∎ Contract length: Up to December 31, 2019.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As Mobile Trained psychosocial worker, She will be responsible house-to-house provide psychosocial activities and psychosocial support targeting for children who have difficulties to access safe space.
∎ Closely work with case management officer in identify children at risk and conduct appropriated referral.
∎ Perform other duties, as appropriate and requested by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience with community outreach activities, community mobilization or community based psychosocial intervention
∎ Knowledge of psychological first aid and psychosocial support, an asset
∎ Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
∎ Enthusiasm to learn.
∎ Optimistic and friendly.
∎ Flexibility.
Salary:
∎ As per RI National Pay Scale Policy in Bangladesh.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Medical allowance, Weekly 2 holidays, Insurance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Two festival bonuses in a year equivalent to one basic salary.
∎ Severance (8.33% of the monthly basic salary) goes with the monthly release of the salary.
