Job Context:
∎ Community Development Centre (CODEC) invites application for the following position from the potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing "CODEC- Protective Environment Creation for Children and Adolescent in and around Cox`s Bazar Area Project " funded by UNICEF Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation of Mobile repairing and servicing skills activities in Host community of both Ukhiya and Teknaf.
∎ Develop Mobile repairing and servicing skills courses Module for the adolescent (Age: 15-24) within the legal frame work of Bangladesh Government.
∎ Conduct pre assessments of the adolescents to assess the computer competency level and through an initial screening process during registration to understand and assess their interest, availability and educational level.
∎ Prepare adolescents enrolled data.
∎ Prepare course outline and session plan.
∎ Conduct the mobile repairing courses and to ensure quality session, training and made action points to carry out within agreed timeframes and also ensure that progress is regularly reviewed.
∎ Ensure timely submission of monthly work plan and reports to the line manager.
∎ Promote, and ensure project activities are on line with, child protection principles.
∎ Prepare evaluation sheet and conduct periodic course evaluation.
∎ Contribute to a positive team environment.
∎ Perform any other duties that the line manager may assign.
∎ Participate in surveys and data collection when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must have vast knowledge in Mobile repairing and servicing also have work experience.
∎ Ability to take responsibility for Mobile repairing and servicing programme operation.
∎ Experience to prepare Mobile repairing and servicing program materials.
∎ Assists in coordinating, conducting and facilitating training, meeting, orientation and workshops for facilitators, supervisors, beneficiaries and other stakeholders.
∎ Understanding of local language
∎ Report writing skill
Salary: Tk. 34240 (Monthly)
