∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Very good knowledge of E Commerce, Payment Solutions, Payment Gateway, Merchant Acquiring, POS Business.
∎ Develop Business plan and coordinate the development of the service roadmap and strategy for MFS.
∎ Market deployment of mobile banking, payments/commerce, as well as any new opportunities discovered.
∎ Monitor product performance results, trends and undertake corrective actions where required
∎ Manage the possible risks by ensuring regulatory imperatives, internal control and compliance, operational continuity, environmental and social responsibility in execution; fraud detection and management
∎ Develop full-blown business and marketing plans to capture untapped market and optimize the current market available.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Experience in the use of project management philosophies
∎ Ability to communicate across different organisational levels
∎ Ability to level shift between exact technical detail to high level big picture and be comfortable with both
∎ Ownership and initiative - take ownership of and proactively resolve blocking points - whether people or technically related
∎ Critical time management skills and critical path identification ability in order to effectively deliver projects on time
∎ Strong documentation skills using formal project management structure and tools
∎ Ability to systemically organise large amounts of information
∎ Creative thinking - propose innovative solutions to solving problems
∎ Communication - superior oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate in a clear, concise way
∎ Team player - able to meet work well within a team environment
