Job Context:
∎ Community Development Centre (CODEC) is working in the coastal area of Bangladesh since 1985. Its core activities are the socio-economic development of coastal people which is operated through seven thematic areas as Agriculture, Fishery, Dairy and Horticulture; Education, Skills and Youth Development; Conflict Resolution; Climate Change and Disaster; Health and Nutrition; Social Entrepreneurship; Microfinance and Rohingya Education, Protection and Repatriation.
∎ Community Development Centre (CODEC) is going to implement SNSP Project under Self Reliance Project.The overall objective of the project is to strengthen food security through agriculture and support economic empowerment focusing on demand created by the camp itself.
∎ The specific objectives of the project is to improve food security of 9000 vulnerable HH participants though agriculture and aquaculture.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Beneficiary information management and report preparation as per program needs.
∎ The MIS Officer will design and maintain all project internal and external databases and work with WFP formatted KOBO and MODA software
∎ S/he assists in staff capacity strengthening in relation with MIS and takes part of case study preparation and all lesson learnings compilation and reporting of SRP operations.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Ensures best practices in Gender Mainstreaming, PSEA, Protection and Accountability to Affected Population in the Self Reliance Project (SRP).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience on Food Security Program and hands on experience of food security indicators.
∎ Sound knowledge of information management, database management, data operations, data analysis, and report generation.
∎ Strong control over information technology and different application including Online Platform, like KOBO, MODA Database and MS Office Packages

Salary: Tk. 60000 (Monthly)
