∎ এমআরএ/পিকেএসএফ এর অন্তর্ভুক্ত ৩০-৩৫টি ব্রাঞ্চ পরিচালনাকারী এনজিও তে MIS Officer পদে নুন্যতম ৩ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ মাইক্রোফিন ৩৬০ সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহারে অভিজ্ঞতা অধিকতর প্রাধান্য পাবে।
∎ এমআরএ/পিকেএসএফ এর অন্তর্ভুক্ত ৩০-৩৫টি ব্রাঞ্চ পরিচালনাকারী এনজিও তে MIS Officer পদে নুন্যতম ৩ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ মাইক্রোফিন ৩৬০ সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহারে অভিজ্ঞতা অধিকতর প্রাধান্য পাবে।

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide technical support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to help desk requests, and providing training as needed.
∎ Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the NGO's data and systems.
∎ Generating reports by using software and MS Excel.
∎ Maintain & Update Official Website and other social sites.
∎ Manage relationships with third-party service providers.
∎ Perform other MIS related duties as assigned.

6. প্রতি বছর ৩০ শে জুন কর্মীর মূল্যায়ন করা হবে। উক্ত মুল্যায়নের ভিত্তিতে বেতন বৃদ্ধি হবে।

7. বছরে ২টি উৎসব বোনাস পাবে।

8. প্রতিষ্ঠানের নিয়ম অনুযায়ী পিএফ, গ্রাচুয়েটি সুবিধা পাবে।

9. লিখিত ও মৌখিক পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণের জন্য কোন প্রকার টিএ/ডিএ প্রদান করা হবে না।

10. নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে উল্লেখিত পদ সংখ্যা হ্রাস/বৃদ্ধি হতে পারে। এই নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি আংশিক বা সম্পূর্ণ সংশোধন//বাতিল করার ক্ষমতা কর্তৃপক্ষ সংরক্ষন করে।
