• Age 24 to 28 years
• Only Male

• Compile and submit daily reports for sales orders (SO), sales invoices (SI), stock transactions (ST), and scores (Division, ASM, TSM, & Model Wise).

• Prepare and analyze store coverage reports.

• Generate quality stock standard reports.

• Publish KPI status reports (HQ Sales, DGM, ASM, TSM).

• Create dealer-wise reports and generate channel reports.

• Produce SI target vs. achievement reports and allocation vs. achievement reports.

  Generate SMR and PSI reports.

• Participate in Tuesday meetings to discuss progress and issues.

• Prepare SI & ST targets and reports.

• Prepare targets for new products (SO, SI, ST, coverage, quality stock).

• Generate CRM system data to support responsible personnel and provide training.

• Communicate with China HQ for data updates and support.

• Train divisional MIS teams to enhance their data support capabilities.

• Provide any data support or other assistance as directed by management.

• Report on OPPO vs. Brand B data.

• Share retail policy at the beginning of the month and after the 20th, tracking targets vs. achievements.

• Calculate policy money and prepare Official Approvals (OA).

• Check daily attendance for TSMs, FFSMs, and ASMs, and compile end-of-month attendance sheets.

• Conduct e-warranty checks and IMEI transfers every Thursday.

• Handle applications for opening new shops.
