Job Context:
∎ The key responsibilities of a consultant would be to gather and document business processes and requirements for the system, architecting the CRM system and writing technical specifications for planned work. The responsibilities are not limited to the above that may also be responsible for installing and maintaining versions of 3rd party products such as click dimensions and inside view. Some more responsibilities are listed below.
∎ Maintain code repository, VSTS backlog and source control
∎ Effectively utilize 3rd party tools for administration of CRM system
∎ Regularly communicating with the Business Systems Manager and business users on the status of issues and projects
∎ Coordinate with Business Systems Manager to ensure overall business solution is positioned and implemented in line with global architecture and roadmap
∎ Estimating the completion of tasks and managing resource time
∎ Ensuring consistent release management, change management and project approval processes
∎ Support of the application including fixing application issues
Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for help in integrating Dynamics CRM with our membership portal product. The membership portal manages the following -
∎ Memberships
∎ Scheduling group and 1-on 1 events
∎ Auto-generating PDF documents for events
∎ Scheduling staff time for 1-on-1 support sessions with members
∎ Generating membership reports from event attendance, participation in programs etc
∎ The developer should be able to join our meetings and respond to support requests during Canadian Eastern Time.
