∎ M. Sc in Microbiology from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and carry out microbiological analysis of raw materials and finished goods of dairy products
∎ Carry out cultural, microscopic and biochemical identification of specific organisms might prersent in dairy products
∎ Conduct various analysis on spices and fish products
∎ Ensure preparation of different heterotrophic, differential & selective media
∎ Ensure preservation & maintenance of control microorganisms & laboratory reagent
∎ Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of lab documents in accordance with cGMP and GLP
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ 0-1 year experience in relevant field
∎ Sound knowledge in basic microbiological technique
∎ Ability to perform under pressure
∎ Good communication skill and well conversant with MS Office
