Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Sc in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/ Bio-Chemistry/ Microbiology from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and carry out chemical analysis of raw materials and finished goods of dairy products
∎ Perform contamination test (heavy metal and pesticide residue)
∎ Conduct various analysis on spices and fish products
∎ Prepare SOP, specifications of raw & finished products and packaging materials
∎ Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of all laboratory equipment
∎ Review analytical methods & specifications
∎ Develop cost effective analytical methods of new and existing products
∎ Ensure implementation of Good Manufacturing and Good Laboratory practices in the Lab
∎ Maintain documentation, development and upgradation of test formats and records keeping in accordance with cGMP and GLP

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ At least 5 years experience in relevant field
∎ Sound knowledge in analytical work and HACCP
∎ Sound knowledge in Bangladesh standard and regulatory guidelines about dairy product
∎ Ability to perform under pressure
∎ Good communication skill and well conversant with MS Office
