Core Technical Skills (Must-Have):

• Expert-level knowledge of React.js, including React Hooks, Context API, and component-based architecture

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript

• Skilled in Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and other modern UI frameworks

• Deep understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility standards (WCAG)

• Proven experience converting Figma/XD/Sketch designs into pixel-perfect React components

• Capable of building dynamic, high-performance single-page applications (SPAs)

• Familiar with state management tools such as Redux or Zustand

• Solid understanding of MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases

• Working knowledge of Node.js and Express.js for backend integration

• Hands-on experience with RESTful API integration and asynchronous data handling using Axios or Fetch API

• Proficient in version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab) and basic CI/CD concepts

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with React Native for mobile apps

• Familiarity with Framer Motion, GSAP, or other animation libraries

• Understanding of design systems and reusable UI components

• Knowledge of Docker or containerized environments

• 2+ years of experience in front-end React development

• A strong portfolio of web apps or interfaces you`ve built

• Attention to detail and passion for design consistency

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Context:

• We are looking for MERN Stack Developers with a strong focus on front-end development. You will build clean, responsive, and interactive web applications using React.js, with back-end support from Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-performance, user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js
• Convert Figma/XD/Sketch mockups into reusable, pixel-perfect components
• Build and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js
• Integrate RESTful APIs and handle asynchronous data operations (Axios/Fetch)
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility (WCAG), and responsiveness
• Maintain code quality through proper version control, testing, and documentation
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
