Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration
∎ Bachelor's / Master’s degree in business administration, or a related field from a reputed university
∎ Skills Required: Commercial

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Investment/Merchant Banking
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage agency field force for merchant acquisition.
∎ Continuous evaluation and performance management to ensure agency and field force performance.
∎ Develop strategies for lead collection, management, and merchant pitching.
∎ Onboarding and training new merchants to use payment solutions.
∎ Acquire quality merchants in accordance with approved BMCC.
∎ Ensure high visibility of merchant services through effective deployment of officers.
∎ Provide sales, product presentations, proposals, negotiations, and after-sales support.
∎ Develop and implement a route plan to maximize coverage and engagement.
∎ Ensure timely resolution of merchant issues and complaints.
∎ Provide enhanced services to high-value merchants to increase merchant transactions.
∎ Interviews to assess merchant satisfaction and propose improvements to existing solution.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the merchant business or commercial operations domain
∎ Strong understanding of business processes, customer support, and dispute resolution
∎ Knowledge on Financial Products, MFS Industry and its Regulation/Directives
∎ Proficient User of Microsoft Office Suit and advanced MS Excel user

Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 55000 (Monthly)
∎ Variable
