Job Context:
∎ The objective is to lead and manage Merchant Acquisition unit, communicate with internal/external stakeholders and acquire quality merchants to expand merchant base

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage Merchant Acquisition unit under Merchant Business pillar
∎ Oversee Zonal Merchant Acquisition, Agencies and Field Force under each zone
∎ Ensure acquisition of quality merchants
∎ Oversee lead collection, management and merchant pitching as per specific merchant categories
∎ Oversee KYC Management & Ensure proper merchant onboarding and training of new merchants prepare them to accept payment through bKash
∎ Cater to generic and unique merchant requests and queries
∎ Ensure Agency ROI is achieved

Additional Requirements:
∎ Relevant experience will be preferred from TELCO/MFS/Bank/Financial Institution
∎ Experienced regional sales profiles expert in Dhaka Metro market are highly preferred.
