∎ What You’ll Be Doing:
∎
∎ 1. Merchant Onboarding
∎ • Identify and onboard small businesses, local shops, and service providers using our easy-to-use mobile apps and CRM system.
∎ • Ensure all merchant information is accurately entered and kept up to date.
∎ 2. Daily Merchant Visits
∎ • Visit at least 10 merchants every day—yes, you’ll be out and about meeting real people.
∎ • Build friendly, helpful relationships with shop and business owners.
∎ 3. Merchant Coaching & Engagement
∎ • Teach merchants how to use our app features (don’t worry—we’ll train you first!)
∎ • Share demo videos, tips, and guidance so they can get the most out of our services.
∎ 4. Feedback Collection
∎ • Talk to merchants and listen to what’s working and what’s not.
∎ • Share their feedback with our internal teams to help improve the experience.
∎ 5. Competitor Watch
∎ • Stay informed about what other payment apps or services are doing in your area.
∎ • Report on interesting updates like pricing, promotions, and features that we should know about.
∎ 6. Reporting & Documentation
∎ • Track your visits, merchant feedback, and progress using mobile tools and our CRM.
∎ • Submit daily and weekly updates to your supervisor—made simple with our system.

∎ What We’re Looking For:
∎ • Graduate in any discipline (minimum).
∎ • Freshers are welcome to apply.
∎ • 1 year of experience in telco, MFS, or similar fields is a plus.
∎ • Excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.
∎ • You must own a smartphone and be comfortable traveling within your local area.
