Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Tech Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily Visit in different types of shopping malls, cluster shops and individual shops to create new merchant and achieve daily target.
∎ Have to create new merchants by convincing them with sales pitch; provide individual merchants QR and merchant app for further transactional process.
∎ Collect Shops Data like- Shop Name, Shop Number, Shop Location Etc. by using CRM Apps and On board them.
∎ Collect necessary require documents from Merchants
∎ Input market scanning data regularly in CRM to create new leads to the system.
∎ Collect and Prepare daily visited data report according to visit and update in CRM; like- Onboard data, interested and not interested merchant data.
∎ Building and maintain good relationship with merchants, collect feedback and also have to manage their account related issues.
∎ Responsible for maximizing merchant base by acquiring and introducing new merchants.
∎ Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
∎ Have to join in all the refresher training sessions.
∎ Any Other Task assigned by Supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Must have a smart phone with good configuration also need to know how smoothly can use smart phones and configured.
∎ Must have a good knowledge about technology and online payment systems
∎ Good Convincing ability
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
∎ Fixed Salary 10,000+ Commission/Incentives
