Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / M.Sc in Textiles from any reputed university.
∎ MBA in Marketing will be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing, Garments (Knit), Supply Chain
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish, acquire and develop new brands/customers according to company needs.
∎ Generate and develop new accounts through cold calling, networking, building relationships with prospects within a specific target of customers looking for garment sourcing solutions.
∎ Curate internal content such as presentations, videos, fabric hangers and samples to aid marketing.
∎ Work with product development center to design based on customer requirement.
∎ Perform professional presentations or demonstrations of company while on-site.
∎ Overcome objections/hesitations of prospective customers.
∎ Emphasize sourcing features and benefits, provide price estimate, and discuss payment terms.
∎ Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for growing customer base.
∎ Maintaining client relationships through regular communication and ensuring high-quality timely design and product services.
∎ Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
∎ Develop processes to expedite change and efficiencies throughout department.
∎ Have full knowledge of the working method of manufacturing to provide technical feedback to customer.
∎ Understanding the Operations side of the business to ensure there is a good match with the customers' needs and the services we provide.
∎ Manage International buy meetings, confirm appointments for upcoming market weeks, and co-ordinate with relevant departments.
∎ Communicate trend and competitive information internally.
∎ Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and designs, competitor activities, and other research.
∎ Periodically conduct information-only presentations, visit seminars and trade show demonstrations, and other efforts.
∎ Responsible for revenue attainment, customer satisfaction and meeting strategic targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 31 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong technical knowledge in coloration, printing technique and fabric development
∎ Good understanding of fashion sourcing account developments.
∎ Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
∎ Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
∎ Excellent listening skills.
∎ Strong written communication skills.
∎ Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
∎ Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
∎ High level of integrity and work ethic.
∎ Highly adaptable with experience meeting diverse customer needs
