Job Context:
∎ IRON WILL MACAO COMMERCIAL OFFSHORE LTD. (Bangladesh Liaison Office) handling 100% USA market importer (knits & woven) is hiring urgently the below position.
∎ Job Location : DOHS Baridhara, Dhaka
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must stay near DOHS Baridhara area.
∎ All applicants are required to speak & write English fluently
∎ All applicants are required to have skill in Computer [word, excel (filtering is mostly required, tabulation & formulation), scanning, printing, transfer/resizing photos from digital camera & sending emails with attachments].
∎ All applicants have a good background for both in Woven & Knits Tops & Bottoms.
∎ All applicants should have a good background from fabric yarn, knitting/weaving, dyeing, finishing, lab dip, fabric parameters of quality checking, several stages of garment samples development, production (shade group spreading plan), cutting, cut panels parameters of quality checking, several types of printing & embroidery, sewing & efficient machineries/attachments for getting high production, several types of wet & dry washing, finishing, parameters of mold preventive controlling, packing, parameters of all quality checking in pre-final & final inspn, follow up factories shipment booking/vessel loading/ex-Chittagong port or airport.
∎ All applicants should be active of getting the initial info like the PO, TP, AW, MS, BOM, UPC Code, consumption sheet, pattern, original samples, sampling materials, washing references and other details related to orders from company's overseas head offices.
∎ All applicants should have a good knowledge strategies of getting sources of information effectively/timely both from overseas suppliers/company counterparts, local material suppliers as to status of ETD & ETA, factories order execution status update cross-checked with company's QC/QA/Manager/Team Leaders assigned there of its accuracy.
∎ All applicants should have a good knowledge as to types of fabric/trims, competitive/nominated suppliers prices/quality/delivery capability/financial condition, parameters of quality level like metal lead contents, fiber contents, zipper test report/certificate, material supplier names, etc.
∎ All applicants should have a good knowledge in costing both FOB & CMP/CMPW-detailed one how it is competitive according to material cost, factory's manufacturing cost, production capacities/productivity/division unit cost, etc. .
∎ All applicants should have a high sense of responsibility to support both the company's overseas head offices & quality departments by giving timely reports as guide for their planning/decision making.
∎ All applicants should have a high discipline level as a Manager that deserving to be respected by both his/her superiors & subordinates.
∎ All applicants MUST BE HIGHLY DISCIPLINED TO COME ON TIME & OUT AS PER COMPANY'S STANDARD and have the initiative to extend more working hours, especially when there is an urgency reports/work to do.
∎ All applicants IF HAVING A PERSONAL BUSINESS OR CO-PARTNER IN BUSINESS AT PRESENT ARE NOT ALLOWED TO APPLY OR EVEN AFTER WORKING IN OUR COMPANY AND LATER WILL DO BUSINESS as there will be a tendency that can not concentrate his/her work in our company.
∎ All applicants should be a good teacher and delegates work to his/her subordinates instead of doing it by him/herself for work insecurity reason including regular communication/cooperation/support with the other departments.
∎ All applicants should have a sufficient knowledge as to compliance factories requirement.
∎ All applicants should have the capability of presenting an effective tools of Orientation company's SOP for new factories and material suppliers, especially related to Merchandising & Commercial functions.
