∎ • B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or Apparel Manufacturing Management & Technology.
∎ • Any third class not allowed.

∎ • Strong oral and written communication skill in English.
∎ • Capable to manage buyer's requirement independently
∎ • Candidate will get preference who has experience in handling woman’s wear jersey department of buyers like M & S, Next, Sainsbury’s, Zara or any other UK / Europe based clothing brands.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Follow-up an order from product development to shipment.
∎ • Responsible for accompanying buyers on visits to manufacturers to appreciate production processes.
∎ • Meet with suppliers and manage the distribution of stock, possibly negotiating cost prices with suppliers.
∎ • Understands the strategic business requirement of the organization and suggests new capability building based on market intelligence.
∎ • Achievement of Customer satisfaction, proper production planning to achieve the targeted production and on time shipping the goods.
∎ • Determine appropriate price quotations so that the company can ensure sales.
∎ • To make costing, TNA, Sourcing of trims & accessories, & fabric.
∎ • Carry out quality assurance program on supplier and production units and take necessary initiative to avoid quality failure in the initial level of operations.
∎ • Setting KPI for the department as well as on time shipment plan also.
∎ • Coordinate & communicate with other departments for various inter departmental activities.
∎ • Identify production and supply difficulties and deal with them as and when they occur.
∎ • Implementing new concepts & techniques to ensure high efficiency & smooth process flow.
∎ • Ability to work under pressure as well as in Factory
